Twitchill Farm enjoys a peaceful hillside setting above the village of Hope in the scenic Hope Valley, located within the renowned Peak District National Park.

The Shepherds Hut is placed in a spectacular setting with views right across the Hope Valley and Castleton. The hut is designed to the highest of standard, with everything from under floor heating to wireless charging points. Sleeping two the hut has a pull down double bed, which hides away in the day to give the space for the comfy L shape seating and dining table.

It comes with a well-equipped kitchen with a Belfast sink with a copper tap, hot and cold water, Induction hob, microwave, pop up electric socket with wireless charging, fridge with a freezer box just the right size for ice cubes. The Shepherds Hut benefits from having its own private outside space facing stunning views across the hillside. There is outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ where guests can relax and enjoy the fresh country air. The farm also features an indoor swimming pool that can be reserved by guests for private use.

Twitchill Farm is perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding countryside. A public footpath runs directly behind the property, providing immediate access to walking routes that lead up to Win Hill, a well-known viewpoint offering spectacular scenery across the valley. The village of Hope is just a short distance away and offers a selection of friendly pubs, cafés and local shops. The wider area provides fantastic opportunities for walking, cycling, climbing and caving, with popular locations such as Ladybower Reservoir easily reached by car. The vibrant city of Sheffield is also within convenient driving distance.

Please note that use of the indoor swimming pool is not included in the accommodation price. The pool can be booked for private use at £25 per 55-minute session. Sessions must be reserved in advance, with booking availability opening three weeks before your stay. Each session provides exclusive use of the pool for your group during your allocated time slot.
