The owner is friendly and helpful, the Barn was lovely and warm during a cold spell. The main room combining, lounge, dining area and bedroom, is stunning. The bathroom and kitchen albeit functional are a little tired, and could do with some updating. But as it was only £52 a night for two of us, it was a bargain plus in a beautiful area.

Poor directions. No welcome. One of two key safes did not open. Freezing on arrival. Uncomfortable bed. Tiles missing from small shower and unsightly hole in front base. Many ceiling lights did not work but managed to get one working and replaced two others but no working lights over cooking area or bathroom mirror. Workmen attempted to deliver scaffolding but we managed to prevent this.
