This family-run guesthouse overlooks Devonshire Park and the International Tennis Courts, just a stone's throw from the beach and the promenade, and only a short distance from the town centre.

All of the en suite rooms are front facing, with some enjoying views of the rolling South Downs and the Tennis Centre. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and a TV with Freeview channels and a DVD player.
