The property is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The owner may like to know the radiator in the main room only got slightly warm. Also, we'd like to say, the cleaner was extremely helpful when my husband became ill at the end of the holiday. Thank you.

We arrived to a lovely welcome pack and bottle of Prosecco, which was very gratefully received! So relaxing to sit out on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the water flowing by. It also benefits from having a designated parking space and being less than 5 minutes walk into Rye centre itself. The only downside, which is beyond the owners' control, I should think, is the potholes in the road accessing the property. Definitely worth a visit!

Ideal location for exploring the south coast. The Waves is a good sized apartment, kitchen very well equipped. Good lounge area for relaxing and watching the river flow by. Shower good and powerful. Bed and pillows super comfortable, great sleep every night. The only drawback which weâre sure the owner has no control over is the road immediately off the main road. Itâs extremely rough and uneven for ten metres but then tarmac after that. Donât let that put you off, The Waves is superb.
