Sarah's house was the perfect place for our girls weekend trip. It's a beautiful space (the outside area is brilliant complete with a pizza oven and hot tube) and the house is a very comfortable family home. It's situated in a great spot of East Sussex, surrounded by natural beauty and short drives to lots of great things to do. We particularly enjoyed lunch and a kayak trip from the nearby Lime Wharf Cafe and a trip to Rye Harbour and town on Sunday for a sunbathe and fish and chips. Sarah is a lovely, welcoming and communicative host and I'd thoroughly recommend that you stay!

The check-in proces was easy and lots of parking. Large, spacious patio area with pizza oven and seating. Beautiful lawn areas and gardens going past the horse paddock you can go right up to the fence and see them. Communal hot tub with easy booking system which is fair for all guests. The kitchen/dining area was a proper country kitchen. Comfortable, clean beds and towels. They even came to us one evening after we text them about something. Nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely come back and use it as a family base to explore the local area. Great hosts and home.
