Don’t miss the famous hat shop, celebrated for creating the iconic hats featured in the classic film Four Weddings and a Funeral. For those rainy days, head to the Kino cinema on Lion Street, opposite the town hall, where you can enjoy the latest digital entertainment in comfort.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the Rother Valley, offering an abundance of scenic walking and cycling routes. Whether you bring your bikes and helmets or hire them locally, you’ll find plenty to explore. Just a short walk from the farm lies the Kent and East Sussex Vintage Steam Railway, a delightful experience that transports you through 10½ miles of picturesque countryside. The railway connects Tenterden, affectionately called ‘The Jewel of the Weald,’ to the iconic Bodiam Castle, a breathtaking, fairytale-like moated castle that has remained virtually unchanged for over six centuries.
