The Coach House in Fordingbridge receives glowing praise for its peaceful rural setting, stunning views, and welcoming hosts. Guests consistently highlight the immaculate cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-equipped, modern interiors. The private hot tub and garden are much appreciated, adding a special touch to many stays. The property is described as quiet yet conveniently located for exploring the New Forest and local pubs. Hosts Monica and Steve are frequently commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, ensuring guests feel at home. Minor issues such as road potholes and minimal welcome packs are occasionally mentioned but do not detract from overwhelmingly positive experiences.

Numerous reviews specifically mention the property being spotless, immaculately presented, and extremely clean. Only one or two minor comments about the minimal welcome pack, but no negative remarks about cleanliness itself.

Guests love the peaceful rural location with beautiful countryside views, yet appreciate the proximity to Fordingbridge and the New Forest. Some mention the road leading to the property has potholes, but this is a minor drawback compared to the overall positive feedback.

The comfort of the beds and the relaxing atmosphere are repeatedly praised. Guests mention sleeping well, enjoying the lounge area, and finding the property homely and relaxing. Only a single mention of flat pillows, but this did not significantly impact the overall comfort.

The property is described as well-equipped with modern amenities, a fantastic shower, and a private hot tub and garden area. A few guests note the hot tub is not available during certain hours and the welcome pack is minimal, but overall facilities are highly rated.

Hosts are repeatedly described as friendly, welcoming, and helpful, often providing personal tours and local recommendations. Occasional small gestures, such as providing a fan or a pot for sugar, are mentioned, but please note that such gifts or extras are not guaranteed for every stay.

We had a lovely time. The cottage is well presented, very clean and also comfortable. The hosts are lovely and approachable too. It is a little out of the village but we like a quiet country life; what better way to end the day than looking out of the open sliding windows, across the fields watching sheep graze? There are some good places to eat in the local village, especially the Raj and the George.

Lovely quiet airy apartment with beautiful views and super private garden. Biggest drawback is that hot tub is NOT working 4-7pm (due to cost of electricity). Yes worth taking gown for walk across to garden (pool towels provided), but pretty area for lounging. Note the adjacent pop up camp site no longer used. Steep narrow stairs are fine. Big bed comfortable, but very close to wall on one side. Only a few big mugs/glasses; kitchen has wash-up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc but welcome pack is minimal. Am sure owners would supply sugar if required ! They had added a useful fan for the heat, thank you.Walk to Fordingbridge (1.5 mile, 25 mins) via Ashford has pavement along main road; path across fields has some brambles (maybe take own clippers?).We enjoyed our break very much, Steve and Monica very hospitable.
