Built of oak and timber, it has an air of relaxed elegance and offers a wealth of features including a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, spiral staircase and wood-burning stove, as well as extras such as Egyptian cotton sheets. Located in the grounds of the main cottage, it provides a perfect base for exploring the New Forest’s many delights. The market town of Ringwood is a 6-minute drive where all facilities can be found, with handsome Georgian buildings. Sandy beaches lie 8 miles away and sailing and surfing can also be enjoyed. Shop and pubs ¾ mile.

Comfortable and cosy, with everything you need. The barn is Ideally situated for a special break in the New Forest. The friendly owners leave you lots of thoughtful treats and supplies, and arriving to lit candles and music was lovely.

The Barn is a beautifully appointed 'cottage' furnished and decorated with love and excellent taste. Our every need had been considered with kind and thoughtful extras on arrival. We like to cook ourselves and the kitchen was a delight. Plenty of soft towels in the bathroom and unlimited hot water for showers. The bedroom at the top of a wrought iron spiral staircase was glorious with such a comfortable bed. The wood burner in the sitting room is a work of art but, even though it was Autumn, the central heating kept us warm at all times. The Barn is a great place to see the New Forest because it is at most 20 minutes from all of the Forest and the coast. There are unlimited places to walk, so many New Forest ponies and the Autumn Foliage was exquisite. Our hosts were so very kind, we really enjoyed meeting them but they absolutely respected our privacy at all times. I would highly recommend the Barn.

Had a lovely week's stay at The Barn. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond with the extra touches like fresh bread and board games. Would definitely visit again!
