Both bedrooms are beautifully furnished with new bedding, feather-filled duvets and pillows, and each includes its own en-suite shower room. The living area’s lighting fixtures are elegant touches inspired by the iconic Orient Express, adding a dash of glamour to your stay.

Lovely place but not really suitable for older people with mobility issues. I even had problems stepping up into the carriage. Open garden days were another issues. Made me feel like I was in a goldfish bowl with the number of people walking around taking photos. Second day was worse when they had people singing. Not the peace and quiet I was hoping for. I don't know how many dogs there are but listening to them barking at 5 am is not my idea of fun. Not when I should be sleeping. This are just my views. I'm sure many others will love staying here but I will certainly not be returning.

Although the carriage itself was nice it did look as though it could do with a bit of refurbishing.Particularly the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I felt springs in my back giving me a bad backache. The area was pretty and this problem spoilt the holiday.
