A stunning setting for a stay with family or a group of friends, Shalfleet Farmhouse is a spacious home from home in a beautiful part of the Wight. Gather the group in the elegant living room and catch up over a bottle of bubbly while the open fire flickers. The open plan kitchen and dining space make cooking as a group a pleasure, and there’s plenty of space to create a foodie masterpiece during your stay.

The property welcomes one dog, so if your adventure on the Isle of Wight won’t quite be complete without your four-legged friend, he’ll be welcome to join you. It’s the outside space that’ll take your breath away, as the farmhouse enjoys use of the communal, heated outside pool (seasonal). So, when the sun’s shining and there’s nothing to do but relax, you can lounge beside the pool while the kids make a splash.

Shalfleet Farmhouse is set amidst 50 acres of lawned gardens and grounds, and you’ll find ancient yews and specimen trees throughout the peaceful garden. Newtown National Nature Reserve is in walking distance and makes a tranquil place for a wander or cycle, and you can visit The New Inn on your way back. Once the Isle of Wight County Dining Pub of the Year, this one’s well worth a look.
The outdoor swimming pool is open from May and heated from early June - 15th September 2018. Please note though that the swimming pool is shared with the Manor and Barn and is only available to use weekday mornings.

Please note that there is a working farm within the grounds, as a result, any dogs will need to be kept on a lead.
