No smoking.. So close to Shanklin’s sandy beach that you can hear the waves, Lower Chine Apartment is a spacious, open plan apartment perfect for a family break on the Isle of Wight. Set on the second floor of The Adelaide, the apartment has an open plan living, kitchen and dining space, so there’s plenty of space to enjoy the views and relax.
Step straight from the living space and onto the balcony to while away an afternoon enjoying the views across the beach and out to sea… and when the sun sets, it’s the perfect spot to sip on a glass of bubbly while the kids enjoy the flatscreen TV with Freesat.

A poor standard throughout- cleanliness and linen were particularly poor. As were carpets -A full refurbishment is required

If you want relaxation and love the sound of the sea then this is the place to rent. Very comfy and cozy, with everything you need provided (apart from a shower/shower attachment in main bathroom for hair, however, separate shower if needed). Weekly parking option from council needs to be promoted more visibly as daily parking and parking prices across the whole island mount up. Maybe link up with other flats to offer their parking spaces if available as a nice gesture. Overall highly recommended.
