We were very happy staying at The Haven. The photographs don't do it justice. It was immaculately clean & very comfortable. I never find a comfortable bed or pillow when we stay anywhere, but the ones at The Haven were fantastic. All the linen & towels were clean & fresh. We had endless hot water & the heating worked well. The shower over the bath was powerful & efficient. The corner sofa was very comfortable & perfect for the whole family. The garden is just enough size wise & completely enclosed for dogs. Neil, the owner is a lovely man, very helpful & great with communication. I recommend this property 100% & would book again. 😊

Our week at The Haven was blissful. Neil, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. So friendly, responsive, and can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort. The property itself truly lives up to its name — a peaceful, beautifully maintained haven which was spotless.We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more relaxing place to stay. A lovely property for a break - and a good spot from which to explore the island. The Haven was clean and well provisioned, with everything we needed. Neil met us when we arrived and showed us the heating and shower controls - assuring us that he was close by if we needed anything during our stay.The Haven is exactly that - a haven... quiet, cosy and comfortable.Lovely to have a property that is truly dog friendly rather than 'dog tolerant'!! The only thing we missed was not having a vistor's book to leave a message when we left!
