This stunning newly converted design studio and extension has been renovated to a very high spec by the owners, with attention to detail in many ways. The property boasts two double bedrooms at either end, with the master bedroom incorporating wall to wall full height sliding windows overlooking shallow ponds and water features as well as the patio area of the garden. The open plan living area and garden room have been kitted out with little trinkets of history, blending pleasantly with all the expected mod cons and some added extras too. The Studio offers guests space and comfort in a lovely peaceful central setting with plenty to do for all the family. You also have a very secluded private garden to enjoy, which has mixed areas from patio, shallow pond/water features to a traditional charcoal BBQ with lawn and cottage garden flower beds
You are based in the heart of the village, with the famous michellin star restaurant ’The Dog @ Wingham’ 100 yards away, and the beautiful family pub ’The Anchor’ with live entertainment and large stunning garden about 300 yards from your door step, a beautiful olde’ world family pub . The village boasts a bakery, Indian restaurant/takeaway, central store, newsagent/sweet shop. Wingham Wildlife Park is located around a 5 minute drive from the property.
Alternatively there are some great locations nearby, Canterbury 12 miles with it’s medieval walled city awe inspiring cathedral, punting tours on the river, working up an appetite to indulge in the "spoilt for choice" array of restaurants. Don’t miss out on the famous Oysters at Whitstable, 19 miles it’s fisherman’s huts, art galleries and individual shops. The quaint Cinque port town of Sandwich 5 miles offers a wide variety of individual shops and a good choice of pubs, bars and restaurants many overlooking the picturesque quay. As near as 9 miles are seaside towns of Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate with golden sandy beaches providing endless days of fun for all the family. Last but not least, Dover 15 miles with it’s historic castle and ferries across the channel. Not forgetting it’s neighbour Folkestone and the channel tunnel 45 minutes to France.
The Studio itself is kitted out perfectly for a romantic break with a lovely Patio to enjoy a glass of wine or two in the evening watching the sun set over Wingham church steeple.

Property difficult to find. Signage inadequate. Parking info inadequate, we were asked to move.Drains smell bad. Ponds disgusting. Garden uncharted for. Bbq and furniture not available to use. No keys in key safe which was dirty. Steps to and inside property not mentioned. Far too hot, only 1 fan in 1 room. No emergency info. No visitors book. No I fo re bins. Nothing is PAT tested. No cord to charge vacuum. Owner's personal items in wardrobes and cupboards. One bathroom is not 'walk in' as there are 2 steps. Could say which coffee machine is there so could bring pods.No Welcome Pack.I cannot recommend this property.Sorry

The studio is a good size but wasn't expecting personal clutter in cupboards and wardrobe Shower head had lots of limescale which is easy to remove Kitchen draws not very clean Found bedroom to light as blind don't block light Lovely space just needs decluttering and good clean Outside space was awful over grown out door furniture we couldn't use as was soaking wet and covered in leaves and snails lots of junk everywhere certainly not the pictures which your company advertisedNo information on emergency doctors or dentist and no information on bins so had to keep taking it to local street bin such a shame as it could be lovely with a bit of work I'm very annoyed by garden pictures on your website I can send you actual pictures if you email
