This lovely two-bedroom apartment is in Tankerton, on the outskirts of Whitstable. With a shared entrance the property itself has been finished and furnished to a lovely standard by the owners and is ideal for that seaside getaway! With two bedrooms, it is ideal for families and couples. Whitstable has plenty to offer, from the world-famous beaches and oyster spots to a thriving high street packed with boutique shops, cafés, bars and traditional pubs and restaurants! The apartment is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, Whitstable Harbour and town.
The property is on the main road (some noise may be heard during the day), but it gives good access for touring the area. The back of the flat looks out onto the castle and a private no-through road. Close to a bus stop, which can take you into Canterbury/Herne Bay. Whitstable train station is 12 minutes’ walk away with direct links to London Victoria and London St Pancras, out of the hustle and bustle of Whitstable itself but still close. Whitstable is a perfect retreat whatever the season, and offers fantastic independent shops, live music, amazing restaurants and wonderful walks and bike rides.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 18 nights in January 2026. Very glad for the efficient heating. A light and airy flat, convenient for the local shops and seafront walks. Very fast communication with Amanda, the owner. A minor plumbing problem in the first night was quickly delt with. Very good parade of shops just a 10 minutes walk away. Bus stops to Canterbury, Herne Bay and Whitstable just outside, with a frequent service.Flat was very well equipped if you want to self cater. Would visit again.

What a lovey find. Spacious and super clean. Easy to get to beach and high street, gorgeous cafes and bakeries just along the road easy walking distance. bus stop and train station very close too for exploring . Lovely bakery 5 min along the road. The flat was airy, friendly very comfortable lots of games and lego for adults and kids. Host very responsive.
