These two adjoining, stylishly-presented, beamed holiday cottages are set in the owners’ grounds overlooking ornamental fishponds, yet you can pick up the Eurostar from Ebbsfleet just 10 minutes away to speed across to Brussels or Paris for lunch! Enjoy rural walks from the doorstep in the picturesque Darenth Valley. Alternatively, travel to St Pancras and Stratford International to explore London’s art galleries, restaurants and museums. For out of town retail therapy, Bluewater - the second largest shopping centre in the UK - is just a short drive. Alternatively, cross the River Thames to visit Lakeside which, together with the accompanying retail parks, forms one of the largest shopping areas in a single location in Europe. Brands Hatch Race Circuit and Lullingstone Roman Villa are close by and well worth visiting. For guests staying in July, a lavender massage at one of the local farms is a real treat! Guests enjoy shared use of the owners’ heated outdoor swimming pool by arrangement. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.

Lovely little cottage in beautiful grounds. Definitely recommend but the downside was the bed was very hard and pillows even harder!! No tea or coffee, just empty pots and no kitchen cleaning spray! Just washing up liquid. So take everything you may need. Also very hot, can't turn the heating down past 18.

We had a peaceful getaway at Suttons manor, Dartford. The host was super friendly and always responsive. We were able to relax and unwind just as we wanted. We had 0 isues staying here apart from our first time entering the hot tub where some left over debris from the filters was visible around the edges from when it was last drained, but as I said earlier, Emily was very quick to clean this up for us. I hope to come back in the near future, had a great time there!

Lovely place to stay, a few spiderwebs in bathroom and living room, 3 fairly big spiders found inside during our stay, hot tub was only set to 32 Celsius when we used it on the second night but other than that it is well worth the money paid, most nights were peaceful (depends who you have in conjoining cottage) all kitchen esentials supplied, few items did need a good wash before using ..Decorations inside of the lodge was nice, overall we had a lovely stay here
