Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Recently renovated in 2022, this charming bungalow is set within the owners’ 3½-acre grounds and has some stunning garden views. The property is a two-bed property which has been finished and furnished to a very high standard offering a luxurious place to stay for all. Boughton Monchelsea is situated on the outskirts of Maidstone not far from Leeds Castle and Maidstone Centre which has a large variety of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants suitable for all ages. In the surrounding areas there are plenty of country walks and cycling routes as well as traditional country pubs to stop at for a drink or lunch/dinner.
If you are interested in a semi-rural area in the heart of the garden of England this property makes an ideal base for a walking or touring holiday in Kent. Leeds Castle is just 10 minutes away. Whilst only 40 miles from Central London the beaches at Whitstable & Camber Sands are also only a short drive. Within easy reach are Canterbury, Rye, Rochester & Tunbridge Wells as are numerous National Trust properties (Chartwell, Knole, Sissinghurst, Scotney Castle & Bodiam).

We stayed at Quarry Lodge for 5 nights in the run up to our wedding. Having previously lived in Maidstone the location was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Spacious living areas where we were able to prep wedding items and lovely outdoor space where the kids could run around. The area is peaceful (aside from our kids!). The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this stay, away from the busy town, perfect!

Very comfortable and well equipped bungalow set in large and beautiful gardens. Nigel and Jeanette were. very friendly and helpful especially when we had a power cut and they left a generous welcome pack. Lots to do in the area and a lovely farm shop nearby. We would highly recommend this for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
