Newington House is nicely presented with most things you need to have a comfortable stay in Ramsgate. It would have been helpful to have written instructions to operate the oven and central heating at hand. We only managed to park outside the house once (this could be an issue for families with young children). The front garden looked neglected. We didn’t venture into the back garden due to inclement weather. One improvement would be a welcome pack including information about the house and area. A visitors book would also be a useful resource.

Spacious, lovelybathroom and bedroom with comfortable bed.Kitchen, spacious and modern, fairly well equipped .Seating/ dining room quite spartan but functional. Problem parking on busy main road.Towels and bed linen, if replaced, would create a better impression. Shower thermostat and blind in bathroom both need fixing.Recycling instructions need to be clear.Helpful and responsive host . Thank you.
