Lovely first floor accommodation, very comfortable & decorated nicely. Bedrooms are all a good size with 3 double bedrooms & one single. Good location for exploring nearby attractions - we did Port Lympne safari park, the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch railway & Canterbury. Could really have stayed longer & visited more. The games room was a massive hit with my sons, they spent a lot of time in the evenings in there. I would stay again.

Although the place had plenty of room and the linens and towels were fresh, the beds comfy the place is very run down. It could be stunning but it is unloved. The host didn't leave any complimentary tea/coffee and whilst that's not the end of the world the property is remote so upon arrival we had to go out and find the nearest shop to get some ( about a 5/10 minutes drive to Lidl)We were overall disappointed and felt it was overpriced. Not only is the property not cared for the duck pond is practically empty and the poor ducks are fenced in there in the stagnant water that's remaining ( it was smelly too). My husband rescued two fish that had become stranded in the debris in the ornamental pond where it has been left uncared for. They would have surely died had he not done so

We loved it. The space in the living room was great for games and great family time. Comfortable beds. The gaming room and horses are a brilliant add on. Kids loved it. We had a great time. Recommend for whole families. Good memories guaranteed.
