An excellent property for my family of 6 adults and a 19month old grandson. The facilities provided were excellent with 4 large bedrooms and huge amounts of space on the ground floor. Games provided and swimming pool were outstanding. Lots of different places to visit like beaches, castles, steam trains and quaint towns, all within 30 minutes travelling. The main downsides were that the main bathroom was very tired and needed refurbishment, and bedrooms 2 & 3 needed chest of drawers. Overall we would definitely would recommend it.

Excellent- Family holiday with grown up children and a dog. Other than a couple of dog walks on near by beach and daily walks down the lane, along the fields there was no need to leave the house it had everything we needed to keep us entertained, with enough space to be together or alone. We had a Waitrose delivery on our first evening which was great as it meant we could unpack, go for a swim and chill out as soon as we arrived. Owners/Housekeeper were both great at communicating. It’s a large home so yes there are some water marks on the pool room window, some wear and tear on the dining room chairs, however, overall the cleanliness was great, the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen had everything you need. The only thing I would say change is having the cost of heating the pool up front along side the distribution of the house. (Currently it doesn’t say until you have booked it) When booking this property if you are at the top of your budget it’s then quite a big addition cost that you haven’t factored in. Maybe include it in the cost of the rental and offer a discount if the customer doesn’t want it?? Had a great time the house was a little tired with water marks around the place on the walls and ceilings could be leaks or condensation from the pool? The house keeper was lovely she was so helpful. The only thing which was annoying was the fact that it wasn't until after booking we were informed we had to pay extra to heat the pool this is not in the price.But over all a nice place
