A beautiful, three-storey Victorian seaside villa with off street parking, 1 Dorset Villas is centrally located just a few hundred yards from the beach, restaurants, children’s activities, wine bars and local shops. This beautiful property offers a high specification, luxurious, comfortable stay for both couples and families alike.
On the ground floor, there is an high-spec kitchen offering all appliances you will need to cook a great meal or two. There is a large dining room next to the kitchen which comfortably seats up to twelve people, with both a bench and chairs. There is also a TV for any early risers who would like to watch whilst eating their breakfast. Also on this floor is a shower room to wash the sand off your feet when coming in after a long day at the beach. Outside, the property benefits from a private courtyard garden and a separate garage which is home to everything you would need for your beach holiday, including chairs, buckets and spades, and boogie boards for the kids. The garage also contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and airer for your holiday washing.
On the first floor is one of the four bedrooms and the family bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The living room is also on this level, which has a fully functioning wood burner as well as an Amazon Dot and a wide range of DVDs.
On the second floor are the other three bedrooms, one kingsize room, one double room with large built-in wardrobes, and one with a double trundle bed.
The house endeavours to cater for everthing you may need for a wonderful stay in Broadstairs, and the owners and their children have spent many happy times here, and they hope you enjoy it as much as they do! Beach 100 yards.
