This fabulous purpose-built holiday home, finished in June 2017 and to an exceptionally high standard, is situated in Broadstairs and offers everything you want from a holiday home. A comfortable open plan living space, two double bedrooms, family bathroom and separate toilet. The property has bi-fold doors to the rear so you can bring the outside in on a nice day, and garden seating for alfresco dining.

For your enjoyment, the owners have installed fibre internet (up to 80mb download), and an internet enabled 60 inch flat screen TV and Blu-ray player, to provide hours of entertainment. We have provided docking stations/DAB radios in both bedrooms and in the lounge for your enjoyment. We also provide a selection of board games for all ages. This two bedroom house is ideally placed for exploring the seaside towns of Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate and all the other attractions of the region. In August a whole range of world music is on offer in Broadstairs during Folk Week and the Summer Soul Festival in Margate. Visit the mysterious Shell Grotto in Margate where you can discover 4.6 million shells in an underground cave.

Golfers have a wide choice of championship greens including London Beach and Royal Cinque Ports. A stroll around Broadstairs is a journey of discovery with a lovely surprise around nearly every corner. You can wander along the main thoroughfares and be enticed into quirky little lanes where tiny flint houses and fishermen’s cottages nestle together comfortably, as they have done for years, and where unusual small shops draw you in to browse their wares – quirky jewellery, unusual clothes, and edible delicacies from around the world. A promenade amble reveals charming gardens, great for relaxing in with a delicious homemade ice cream, whilst a clifftop stroll uncovers seven beautiful beaches and bays, each a little different.

The resort’s main beach, Viking Bay, has a small harbour, children’s amusements, and garden on the sands! Joss Bay is more rural and offers great surfing opportunities, whilst Botany Bay is quieter and more secluded. The quiet charm of Broadstairs belies the entertainment opportunities there are. The resort has a full calendar of events from the annual Blues Bash, Dickens Festival, Folk week and Food Festival to a great free summer entertainment programme and there are a mouth-watering number of restaurants, bistros, cafés and pubs to choose from. Ramsgate has its Royal Harbour which has developed into a fantastic area to eat and drink with some traditional arcades for the children.
