The property itself is designed perfectly for a seaside family holiday with a shower/wash off point situated by the back door upon entry. Broadstairs has so much to offer with beaches, arcades, cafés, bars/pubs and restaurants, as well as mini golf only 50 yards away too. Ideally situated on the Eastern part of Broadstairs allowing easy travel into neighbouring Ramsgate and Margate for adventurous days out with the family. Locally, there are plenty of top quality restaurants to dine in, or you could all join in using the state of the art kitchen to rustle up a family dinner, before enjoying a glass of wine or two.

Beautiful house in a great location, even the weather couldn't put a dampener on waking up to a sea view - and it never rains in Morelli's which is just a couple of minutes walk away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property.

Great place to stay for a family break. So close to beach and town. Very comfortable and good layout with kitchen, seating and dining all in one large room. Very homely feeling to it. Generous selection of kitchen pots and pans although some are quite well used. A new frying pan in particular would be a good addition. Free parking outside the property is at a premium. We were lucky and didn't dare move the car all weekend in case we lost the space. The host was communicative and really helpful. She even arranged to return our reading glasses we left behind by mistake. Overall a lovely house in a great location. Highly recommended.
