This superb Oast house is simply stunning and located in an equally stunning setting, in an elevated position within the fabulous countryside that forms part of The Weald, a truly beautiful part of England.

The entrance hall leads through into the show stopping, spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room featuring exposed beams and brickwork throughout and boasting a four oven Aga, kitchen island with breakfast bar and light filled dining area with bi-folding doors leading out to the extensive garden. Next door, the cosy sitting room is warmed by a wood burning stove, featuring more exposed beams, and french doors leading out to the garden. In addition, a small cinema room is the perfect place to relax and watch your favourite films.

Upstairs, across the first and second floors, are the five beautifully appointed bedrooms. On the first floor, bedroom one with a super-king size bed has stairs leading up to its second floor, luxurious en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom two benefits from the flexibility to be either another super-king size bed, or twin single beds if required; whilst bedroom three enjoys its very own private balcony; with a spacious family bathroom completing the first floor accommodation. The second floor is home to bedrooms four and five, one with another super-king size bed along with a children's room with twin small single beds; both bedrooms have use of a shower room on this level.

Outside, Lakeview Oast enjoys an extensive garden with patio area, garden furniture and barbecue for all to enjoy al-fresco dining whilst taking in the beautiful surrounding countryside views. Towards the bottom of the garden, the summer house is the perfect spot for some peace and quiet or, for rowdier moments, also situated in the garden, is the impressive games room with a games console, pool table/table football/air hockey, table tennis, television with Netflix and Sky, a hanging chair and Sonos speaker, don't expect to see much of the teenagers!

The property has been finished to an exemplary high standard, with plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy a stay in this wonderful Oast house.

Please note, the maximum occupancy is strictly limited to eight adult guests or less, plus children, up to a total of 10 guests including children.

Children and infants are welcome. A travel cot and high chair are available on request (please provide your own cot linen).
