Sitting aside the owners adjoining Georgian home which once provided accommodation to school teachers, this separate annexe provides everything you might need for a peaceful couple of nights or for a longer stay if working in the area. The stuido is accessed by 3 steps to the front door, then self contained on one level, this cosy home for two people has enough room for four to sit down at the dinner table, invite some friends to over for a glass of wine! With the pretty village of Frant so close, pop to the shop for any last minute necessities or head to Tunbridge Wells only a ten minute drive north for evening entertainment and a wide range of restaurants. Further afield, take time to explore the beautiful countryside and myriad of gardens and historical attractions to visit.

We used Down Studio to accommodate family members for a weekend and they loved it - clean, warm and cosy. It's a two minutes drive from Frant (with a wonderful village shop and two great pubs), a ten minutes drive from Tunbridge Wells, and has lots of wonderful walks from the doorstep.
