Situated in the grounds of the owners’ property, this detached lodge was formerly the coach house and stables. It has an attractive angular living room with windows all around giving a sunny aspect and offering views over the garden. Positioned on a private road, convenient for the M27 and M3, the holiday cottage is ideally placed for visiting the New Forest, 10 mins, the historic ships at Portsmouth, Beaulieu with its Motor Museum, the sea at Southampton with its ocean yachts, and beaches locally. Winchester 7 miles. Shop 300 yards, pub ½ mile.

A lovely 4 night stay whilst attending a course nearby. The cottage was immaculate and cosy, with everything we needed, and plenty of supplies available (milk, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, loo roll, etc.) which are not always provided in holiday lets. Ayla was a fantastic host, very helpful and accommodating, including when we 'lost' the key and couldn't get in at nearly midnight.....turns out we had accidentally left the key inside the cottage when we headed out that morning :( We had everything we needed during our stay and slept well, and we hope to come back in future with our little dog for a holiday break.
