Guests say

The Byre is a well-received cottage praised for its cleanliness, picturesque location, and cosy atmosphere. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, warm welcome packs, and the property's proximity to local attractions. The views and wildlife add to the charm, though some mention the bed's firmness and suggest minor updates.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as clean and spotless, indicating high standards of cleanliness. However, a few mentions of cobwebs and dead flies suggest there is room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its seclusion, beautiful views, and proximity to local sites. It is described as peaceful and perfect for exploring Dorset, contributing to a high score.

While many find the cottage cosy and comfortable, several guests note the bed's firmness as a drawback, affecting the comfort score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and good heating. However, suggestions for a new baking tray, a larger duvet, and minor maintenance issues indicate room for improvement.

Guests frequently mention generous welcome packs, which reflect thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not guaranteed, this score reflects the positive reception while acknowledging variability.
