Sauna: Seats 3-4, separate shower and changing/relaxing area. £20 per hours’ session - payable to the owners at the time by cash or card. The sauna is next to the barn and is shared with Great Foxmoor Barn, but each session is exclusive for your private use and freshly cleaned each time.. Hidden away from urbanity by ancient woodland, a quiet corner of Surrey reveals this little holiday gem. With birds chirping in the trees, countless footpaths to explore and views to remember for a lifetime, the location alone is picturesque enough. But the true joy lies inside the majestic frame of this rural barn idyll.

Little Foxmoor Barn has been designed with meticulous detail, and its calm, refined style can be felt throughout. It impresses as soon as you open the door, with the marvellous kitchen greeting you to your left and a characterful farmhouse dining area on the right. The open plan living space takes you under the solid, high oak beams to the sitting area, with deep comfortable sofas, stone-topped coffee tables and beautiful table lamps creating a cosy, intimate atmosphere into the evening.

Upstairs there are two sumptuous bedrooms, resplendent in understated luxury and king size beds. A family bathroom sits between them, with a separate walk-in shower and gorgeous bath panelled with rough-hewn crystallised stone. Outside, French doors lead from the sitting room onto the lawn, offering immense uninterrupted views over the woodland, the Surrey Hills and towards the South Downs. An idyllic spot to sit back while the children play.

For an extra treat, there is a lovely scandi-style wood-framed sauna next door which can be booked on arrival (small charge applies). From the door of this luxury self-catering cottage, footpaths and bridleways take you straight out into open fields, woodland and the beautiful countryside of Surrey.

Little Foxmoor Barn can also be booked alongside the adjacent Great Foxmoor Barn, accommodating up to 8 guests in total.

Storage for your own bikes is also available with advance notice.Underfloor central heating downstairs, radiator central heating upstairs.

There is an evening curfew for noise at the property.
