This beautiful modern holiday apartment in Littlehampton is located on a lovely residential street overlooking a green park and is only 500 yards from the award winning East Beach. Littlehampton has a bustling marina and harbour where you can watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch, or stroll along the boulevard and enjoy the attractions of this traditional seaside resort. The Littlehampton ferry can transport you between East and West Beaches during the summer months allowing you to take the opportunity to visit the West Beach Local Nature Reserve which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. It’s an ideal spot for a more relaxed beach experience perhaps looking for wildflowers, shark egg cases or spotting waders and other birdlife. This beach also forms part of a gentle walk to Climping Beach past the golf course which offers spectacular views of the South Downs to the north and Littlehampton seaside resort and the River Arun to the east.
Within 15-30 minutes drive you’ll find plenty to see and do in the nearby city of Chichester and towns of Arundel and Bognor Regis. Head north and discover the breath-taking South Downs National Park which offers an abundance of activities from walking and cycling to geocaching paragliding and horseriding. Goodwood Racecourse Motor Circuit and Golf Course are also nearby for sports lovers and the racecourse at Fontwell with its unique figure of eight track is only a short drive away. Places to visit include Arundel Castle and Chichester Cathedral. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.
