The seaside village of Littlehampton has two beaches, a thriving marina, and a harbour. Over the Coastguard beach, the International Blue Flag and Quality Coast Flag are flown. This bustling seaside town on the south coast offers year-round access to all types of water sports, including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing. While the west beach, located on the other side of the river Arun, is undeveloped and protected and offers isolated sand dunes and wonderful wildlife, the sandy east beach offers indoor and outdoor entertainment for visitors of all ages.

Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival.

Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times, we currently operate a booking system for these facilities, and these can be made through the main reception during your stay (additional charges apply).
