Guests say

Stable Cottage in Littlehampton receives high praise for its comfort, cleanliness, and friendly hosts. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, and charming furnishings. The beautiful garden and proximity to local amenities, including pubs and a supermarket, add to the appeal. While some mention dated decor and a need for bathroom refurbishment, the overall experience is very positive, with many looking forward to returning.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as 'spotlessly clean', indicating a high level of cleanliness throughout the property. One review suggests a need for bathroom refurbishment due to mould, but this appears to be an isolated concern.

The location is appreciated for its convenience to local amenities, pubs, and the South Downs National Park. Some guests note the distance from the seafront and the presence of train noise, but the overall sentiment about the location is positive.

Comfort is a standout feature, with guests highlighting the 'incredibly comfy' beds, spacious rooms, and quaint, homely feel. The property's charm and character contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The well-stocked kitchen and quality furnishings are well-received. However, there are suggestions for improvement, such as refurbishing the bathroom en-suite. The garden and park views are notable positives.

While guests find the hosts to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful, there are no specific mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness in the context of this category. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.

We had a fantastic weeks stay in the upside down house. The six bells pub had a fabulous menu and we ate there three times! Bonus was it was only a five minute walk from the house. The house was perfect for us and were able to just chill.
