These seven properties (refs UK40448 UKC3108, UKC3109, UKC3334 UK40450, UK48477 and UK48478) stand in a semi-rural location, accessed along a track. These properties are ideal for couples or families, offering couples, spacious accommodation and private outdoor spaces with hot tubs. There is also a shared games room with table football, table tennis and magnetic darts.
The properties lie on the National Cycle Network, and this area is known for its scenic walks and wildlife. There is a direct gravel track along the Castleman Trailway (the old railway line) to miles of woodland walks making this ideal for walkers and cyclists. One route leads to a pub and golf course (all within a 20-minute flat walk). There are two more pubs within walking distance. Cranborne Chase and the Jurassic coastline (Purbecks, Swanage and Wareham) are within easy reach, the latter being a nationally protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offering extensive scenic walks and a wealth of wildlife.
Wimborne is a market town with a historic town trail that takes in buildings from the 15th to 17th centuries. Here you will also find the popular Tivoli theatre, model town, coffee houses, shops, markets and restaurants. The sandy beaches at Bournemouth and Poole are just 10 miles away and Sandbanks, Studland Bay and the Poole Natural Reserve are within easy reach. There were 22 of us staying in the Haybarn, Old Barn 2 and Workshop for our yearly family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay, great location perfect for us. I personally stayed in the Old Barn 2. Really spacious, very comfortable with the added bonus of a pool table (this is why we picked barn 2 rather than barn 1). All had hot tubs. Great place for dogs with woodland walks on the doorstep. The treasure hunt was great. I would highly recommend. If 16 it would be well worth booking barn 1 and 2 as they do connect together. We had too many people to make this a feasible option, but would consider this for a future stay. Hosts were great and very responsive. We also played a game of rounders in the picnic area which was great fun.

Amazing accommodation and facilities (Barn 2) the photos do not do it justice,. The hot tub, pool table, forest walks, children’s games and the game's room, the use of bikes were enjoyed by all ages and much appreciated, keeping all entertained. We attempted the treasure hunt, which was good fun, but missed some of the earlier clues so didn’t get to open the safe. Communication with owners excellent, we would definitely recommend this accommodation and we would love to return next year **
