Visit the cathedral city of Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury, Stonehenge, Longleat House and Safari Park. NT properties nearby include Stourhead House and Gardens, Montacute House, Dyrham Park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage was immaculate, nice and cosy and a haven of peace and quiet. No noise at all, apart from birdsong. The cottage exceeded all our expectations and surely ranks among the best we have ever stayed in. It was barely a 20 minute walk to the village of Bitton with a decent pub, was a short bus journey to Bath and a short walk to the Sun Inn for a delicious Sunday lunch. The owner kept in touch and has since installed a key box to access the property. She also provided a welcome pack of chocolates, wine and milk. Mrs Jeffries can be justifiably proud of her cottage and we would love to return at a future date. 11/10

Peaceful ,wildlife,comfort,home from home for us .Always made welcome and always left treats by our wonderful host .After coming to Honeymead Cottage ,for our fourth visit ,i think that you could say that it is our favourite cottage escape in Bitton .Also love the area and a good base for visits and seeing family as well .Thankyou as always ,we will be back very soon i am sure .
