A delightful two bedroom cottage with character beams throughout and air conditioning. One of the charming Helman Tor Cottages near Lanivet set all on one floor within a nature reserve in glorious countryside, 10 miles from Fowey. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 936311, 936828 and 936829, together they sleep 14.
A small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops. The main town in the area is Bodmin, with its shopping centre and local attractions of the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience. Also close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens for walking and cycling, as well as the magnificent Eden Project.

The location and views were beautiful. The cottage perfect. Comfortable with all the facilities available. We were lucky to meet the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. A morning wave from the farmer was welcomed as well. We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday and have told family and friends about it. Teresa
