Please note: There is an unfenced pond on the grounds. The garden is sloped and has steps.. Keepers Cottage is a detached cottage beside the owner’s home. This truly is a beautiful yet traditional cottage set in a sheltered position overlooking the Bosanath Valley in a beautiful 9-acre garden with additional facilities in an outer garage, including the use of the small freezer as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer. On the inside you’ll be welcomed by a comfortable living space with woodburner and a double and twin bedroom ready to cosy up in after a long day adventuring.
The area is close to the Helford river, perfect for exploring the creeks including Trenarth Creek, and is ideal for visiting the rugged north coast and coves and harbours of the south coast. Beautiful sandy beaches and coves, less than 10 minutes’ drive. Shop, pub, restaurant and beach 2 miles.

We enjoyed the cosy cottage set in stunning gardens, the owners were so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful location for a quiet break, with Falmouth near by.

What a wonderful cottage in beautiful grounds to stay. We were given a very warm welcome by the owners on our arrival. Everything about the property and the grounds was explained to us, and they assured us that if we had any issues, to let them know. The property was warm and well-appointed, and a bonus was the bean-to-cup coffee machine, which we loved. There was always firewood available for the wood burner, which made the lounge very cozy during the winter nights. We had plenty of space to exercise and play with our 2 labradors, and of course, they enjoyed the walks in the grounds and woods. We would definitely recommend this cottage; our stay was in January, and all I can say is that the grounds & woods must be amazing during the spring & summer months
