Upstairs are two inviting double bedrooms, with a Z-bed available for a child, along with a stunning bathroom complete with a shower. At the front of the cottage, a charming garden provides a lovely spot to sit out and enjoy the surroundings.

Within walking distance of the town and local amenities, this property makes a fantastic base for exploring the area, with convenient access to the main A30. You’ll be spoilt for choice with beautiful beaches less than 30 minutes away. Portreath and Porthtowan are favourites among surfers, while Gyllyngvase in Falmouth offers a long stretch of flat, golden sand perfect for children. Gwithian in Hayle is another popular spot, home to expansive sand dunes and rock pools that little ones will love exploring.

The region is rich in history, particularly its tin-mining heritage. A visit to the King Edward Mine Museum provides a fascinating glimpse into Cornwall’s industrial past, or you can walk among the atmospheric remains of abandoned engine houses along The Flat Lode Trail.
