We have stayed at these sorts of properties before and often been disappointed, but this was a real treat! It was clean, well-cared for and equipped with TV's in all rooms (perfect when the weather is not up to much) quality high speed internet and great grounds around the property. Downsides: - well the road that BMW Sat Nav takes you on is very narrow, but you soon work out there is a better route to the main gate 100yds further on (and anyway it is Cornwall) . I guess it could be noisy in Peck with lots of kids around and you windows open, but at the end of September it was just peaceful.

The grounds are fantastic and it was easy to walk around with our dogs. It’s a good location and the beach is about a mile away. We were able to go before the summer dog curfew and have breakfast at the cafe. We drove but it could be walked but there were no roadside footpaths. The only negative which is nothing to do with the owner was that we went to the clubhouse for a meal and they had run out of food for the night. The next night we drove to a local pub called The Trelowarren arms with our dogs and had a fantastic meal. We would come back again.

Not enough hot water for 4 people. But nice accommodation, plenty of room. Good to be able to use, on site bar/ gym/pool. Thank you
