The Coach House brings a distinctive stay to Budock Water, near Falmouth, offering families or groups of friends a comfortable retreat with plenty of character. Set out in a reverse-level layout, the property makes the most of its space, giving you an inviting kitchen/diner on the upper floor where you can pull together hearty meals, share long conversations, and plan the next day’s adventures. The spacious sitting room sits alongside, providing a relaxing spot to unwind in the evening, ideal after a day spent exploring Cornwall’s coast or countryside. Downstairs, you’ll find two well-arranged bedrooms: a double with its own en-suite featuring a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, and a twin room that works well for children or additional guests.
A separate bathroom with a bath and double basin serves the rest of the household, making mornings that bit easier when everyone’s trying to get ready at once. Step outside and you’ll discover a shared garden with a lawned area and play equipment, a welcome bonus for families travelling with energetic youngsters. Off-road parking keeps things simple, and the added benefit of EV charging means electric vehicle owners are well looked after too. Local amenities are easy to reach, with a friendly pub within walking distance and everyday essentials available nearby. Welcoming, well-located, and full of charm, The Coach House makes a great base for discovering Cornwall’s landscapes, seaside towns, and laid-back way of life.
