This delightful cottage has been sympathetically and thoughtfully remodelled to a very good standard, whilst maintaining its traditional sash windows and exposed stone walls. The cottage is situated on the ground and first floor of a traditional stone build property with a maisonette above (in separate ownership and with a separate entrance). The property has a well-equipped kitchen, including a fridge with ice box, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
Situated only a couple of minutes’ walk from the town centre and harbour, Dayan Cottage offers stylish and comfortable accommodation in a particularly convenient location for those who prefer to forget the car and be within walking distance of all the fantastic amenities Fowey has to offer. Not only that, but you are also only a 10 to 15 minute stroll from the sandy beach at Readymoney Cove.

We have always and will continue to love Fowey, we arrived late and found the cottage clean and very homely, this cottage is a great base to see magical Cornwall from and enjoy the lovely Town of Fowey and all it has to offer! So Myself & Lauren would recommend this cottage not only for Lovely Fowey but to see the magic of Cornwall. Downside if any on 2 reasons - 1st - would be the noisy Neighbour above who seems to walk about in high Heels or Deep Sea Diving boots, no consideration of people staying down stairs, shame really! 2nd - The check out would be a lot better if it was slightly later, as we found this a little rushed and Laurens young Son had an asthma attack while the Lady turned up regarding the check out stating we should have been out at 09.00am, but we was sorting him out and I still had to get the car because of this medical action we had to execute especially to calm him down, we apologised for that latenes also. Above all - Great Place recommended. Chris & Loz.

A beautiful cottage in a great location. The lack of parking wasn’t a problem as there was a Long Stay Car Park close by.A very central location with good access to Cornwalls towns and villages. The only problem was there was a damp smell we had to leave the windows open.

Lovely clean cottage with all that’s needed to make it a comfortable stay.Within minutes of the centre so ideal.The road it’s situated on can be busy with traffic in to the centre, so you can hear the traffic in the early hours of cars passing etc. I am a light sleeper so sleep wasn’t the best for me.The price is really good too.Check out I think is too early for people staying but they did accommodate us in arriving earlier.We took down a fan as the bedroom was really warm for me.
