This south-west facing property enjoys the sun throughout the day and also has the benefit of a large sun terrace.
Penmarlam Quay is only a short walk away offering a boat park, slipway and cafe, making this location ideal for nautical enthusiasts. There is a steep drive leading up to Harbourside.

We loved this house it had everything you could need , a real home from home ! Beds were super comfy , lovely seating areas , the views were amazing , always something to look at in the harbour !!Only downside was the steep drive up to the house, not suitable the infirm , unless you have a car to get around in which case it's ok. The ferry crossing to get to Fowey is easy and runs every ten minutes all day, will be well used as not a lot in bodinick Itself but centrally located for everywhere else !! Owners helpful and Highly recommend ;)

We loved this cottage. Its best feature is definitely the huge lounge, with 4 sofas and patio doors letting in the amazing view of Fowey across the river. Plus the terrace with plenty of seating. Beds were very comfy and the kitchen has all the appliances you could need. The hosts are very quick to reply to emails too. There is a steep driveway with a hairpin bend to reach the property, but this us Cornwall and you soon get used to it a fantastic stay and hope to return.

Great views, road up the steep u turn to the house is for confident drivers only. The house could do with freshening up, smelt musty on arrival. Cleaning could be better.
