Experience coastal charm and contemporary comfort at this beautifully renovated 18th-century townhouse in Fowey, Cornwall. Set over three floors, this bright and stylish holiday home is just yards from Fowey’s historic Town Quay and overlooks the town’s main shopping streets, cafés, and restaurants.
Step through the entrance hall, where there’s space for coats and boots as well as a freezer for extra storage. Upstairs, the first-floor lounge offers a relaxing space with a comfortable corner sofa, tongue-and-groove wooden feature wall and ceiling, and a Smart TV, ideal for cosy evenings after a day exploring South Cornwall. The open-plan kitchen and dining area adjoins the sitting area, complete with a breakfast bar with adjustable stools and a wooden dining table with both chairs and bench seating, perfect for relaxed family meals or casual dining.
On the second floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with an en-suite walk-in thermostatic shower, alongside the family bathroom, which features both a shower-over-bath and a separate shower cubicle. The top floor houses the remaining bedrooms, a spacious double with a television, sitting area, and tea and coffee facilities, and a twin bedroom ideal for children or friends.
While Quayside doesn’t have private outdoor space, the waterside is just 40 metres away, offering plenty of spots to sit and watch the boats drift by. This is an ideal base for exploring South Cornwall’s top attractions, including The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the charming fishing villages that line the Cornish coast. With its historic streets, artisan shops, and award-winning restaurants, Fowey is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled holiday.
