St Catherine’s Court is a fine Victorian residence which has been converted into holiday apartments. It enjoys a prime position overlooking the estuary. The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is only a 5-minute walk away, and a 10-minute stroll takes you to the town centre in the opposite direction.
This second floor apartment has a well-equipped kitchen and there are glimpses of the river from the bedroom, and spectacular views over the river, Polruan and out to sea from the large bay window in the living/dining room. The cosy property is centrally heated and has a particularly homely and friendly atmosphere.

We have stayed in this flat several times because we love the location and the fact that there is parking outside. The lounge area is very comfortable, the views from the bay window are superb and the central heating is very efficient, so it is always warm and cosy out of season. Downsides are the number of steps to reach the flat, and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all of which could do with some updating. For what we paid it still represents good value. The owner, Belinda, is always very helpful.

Fantastic place to stay and the owner is easy to contact and extremely helpful if you have any problems.Bathroom needs a shower the bath is difficult to get out of for elderly and infirm people.We had a fabulous week there and will return.
