The property was perfect for us, ideally located for exploring fishing villages and coastal walks. Going in October roads were fairly quiet and no crowds. One downside, the shower is quite small.

The Watch House is in a great location for the restaurants etc in the town, and has a great view of the river. It’s clean tidy and well equipped. The shower in the ensuite is very small, and some better lighting upstairs would be good. However we had a lovely holiday, and hope to return.

We had a great stay at the watch house. Our lovely home from home.. it would be good to have a lock on the bedroom windows so that we could leave them open a bit to let some air through. It was very warm. Thank you for the bubbles 🍸
