This home is situated over one storey and has wide doorways and minimal steps making it appropriate for guests with impaired mobility. Heading inside, you will find yourself in the contemporary kitchen/diner. Rustle up tasty family meals and eat together around the dining table while you reflect on the day’s events and plan the days ahead. The lounge is set beneath a high beamed ceiling, and has sumptuous sofas, a Smart TV, and a warming wood burner. When you are ready for some sleep, there are three bedrooms to choose from. The main bedroom contains zip-an-link beds and has an en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a double bed and the third has twin beds. Completing the interior of the accommodation is a wet room with a walk-in shower. Outside via the French doors is a private patio area where you can enjoy cooking up a storm on the BBQ and dining alfresco on the seating and relax in your own private hot tub.
Guests are free to explore the 17 acres of grounds and also use the facilities on site which comprise of an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a hot tub, a tennis court, and a children’s outdoor play area. Bude (7 miles) is a bustling seaside town with several beaches and plenty of shops and eateries to visit. You can also take part in water sports at the Tamar Lakes Activity Centre, situated just 1.5 miles away.
