Our latest additions to our parks are built to the very latest standards and are far from being classic accommodation, rather they are contemporary, charming, and cosy. With an en suite toilet to the master bedroom as well as a main shower room, comfort and convenience come as standard. Double glazed and centrally heated throughout, both the lounge area and bedrooms are fully carpeted so no chilly toes on those early and late season breaks! And, the extras you get as standard from a Waterside Group holiday do not end there as in the kitchen you will find both an integrated microwave and a dishwasher as well.

Bringing a petPlease ensure dogs are kept on leads at all times, and we ask that all dogs must sleep in their own beds brought by the guests. Certain breeds may not be allowed, please refer to our dog policy terms & conditions or if you are unsure, please call us about your booking

Please inform the holiday park of your car reg. All units have a allocated car parking space however some units won’t be right outside the accommodation, they might be up a small hill or have a few flights of steps up to them. On Arrival, please park in the main car park by reception. Cottage parking is in the main the car park.

The kids adventure play park and swimming pool are open every day.

Please note we’re always looking for ways to enhance your holiday experience. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our brand-new pool, set to make a splash in Easter 25!

To bring this exciting addition to life, there will be some construction work happening on the park from the 28th of September 2024 until the 15th of April 2025 our current pool will be out of use. However, we have arranged complimentary access to a local pool at a nearby holiday park, just 9 minutes’ drive away, for as many sessions as you would like (subject to booking availability)

Throughout November, The Barn will remian open for swims and sauna sessions, with Stargazy Bar & Grill welcoming guests on weekends. From December onwards, the pool and restaurant will be closed with our cottages and manor house available for acccommodation only stays. The perfect setting for a peaceful Cornish Christmas filled with festive treats, countryside adventures and uninterrupted time with the people who matter most.
