Lily Cottage is a semi-detached cottage situated in Pelynt near Looe Cornwall. Internally, the property has been extensively renovated to provide comfortable and attractive accommodation in the heart of the countryside. There is an open-plan living area with a range of comfortable seating, and boasting a lovely woodburning stove, perfect for cosy nights in, in front of the Smart TV. Settle down at the dining room table, with seating for up to six people and enjoy a lovely home-cooked meal. Prepared in the modern kitchen, with its wooden units and sleek black worktops. On the lower ground floor are three bedrooms, one double with an en-suite shower room, one super -king and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom with the choice of a bath or shower over. Outside are communal gardens. A wildlife camera has been fitted to the owl box and connected to the Smart TV inside, providing precious live footage for wildlife enthusiasts. Lily Cottage is a lovely holiday home in the heart of the countryside. Note: This property can be booked with Refs. 999355, 999356, 1072735 and 999357, together they can sleep twenty-four people.

Looe is a small coastal town in Cornwall, England, near a small harbour and along the vally of the River Looe. Looe remains a fishing town, with its fleet of small fishing boats returning their catches to port daily, Looe has a reputation for obtaining fresh fish. The town remains the centre for shopping, with many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.
