This delightfully light and airy retreat offers guests spectacular views of the sea and the Looe harbour from its vantage point on the West Looe hill. Sunrise Cottage has been tastefully renovated in a contemporary style and provides comfortable accommodation for small families or couples who like the bustle of this popular seaside town, but also like to come home to some peace and quiet at the end of the day. There is a small terrace at the front of the property providing a perfect spot from which to enjoy the view and there is the added benefit of a private parking space nearby. A ten minute walk down to the harbour brings you to the interesting quayside and from here you can walk or catch the passenger ferry across to East Looe to sample its range of shops, inns, cafes and restaurants. Looe is also well placed to act as a convenient base from which to explore the beautiful Celtic county of Cornwall with all its attractions.

Living room with sunny bay window looking down to the sea, two sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD/iPod player and folding table and chairs to seat four. Modern kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. Stairs to first floor. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Shower room with shower cubicle, pedestal hand basin and WC. Further steep stairs to top floor. Attic double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, fitted wardrobe and a seat in the dormer window with wonderful views.

Outside:

Sun terrace with garden seat and table with great views over the town to the sea. Small rear access courtyard.

Parking: Allocated parking space approx 200 yards from cottage (permit provided).

Please Note: Owing to the climb from the town to the cottage, this property may be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. However access from the parking space to the rear of the cottage is more level.
