Kerensa is a beautifully bright split-level house, set just a short stroll from the peaceful town centre. If you want to sample a slower pace of life in a comfortable and spacious house, this could be just the spot.
Inside, the house has been beautifully furnished in a traditional style and is filled with thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. On the ground floor, you’ll find a beautifully light open plan living and dining area with sensational views over Looe. The wood burner will make this a cosy place to relax in the winter while the flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player will keep you entertained on those evenings where you just want to put your feet up. The first floor hosts three welcoming bedrooms and the large bathroom.
To the front of Kerensa there is a delightful decked terrace with unrivalled views of Looe. You won’t find a better spot in town to sit at the table with a spot of lunch or simply watch the world go by.
The house is ideally positioned just 200 yards from town, so you’ll be able to find everything you need within walking distance. For the nights where you don’t feel like slaving over a hot stove, the town has a selection of traditional pubs serving local ales and fresh produce, and if you fancy a day at the beach, nearby East Looe Beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and sand castle building.

Loved the view from Kerensa cottage. Had a great week there in August. Close to town and local shops. Just be aware of the walk to the cottage is up a very steep hill. My aunt and uncle managed it ok but slowly and they are in their 70’s but might be too much for some. Location and view made the walk worth it though.
