Much of the character has been retained and the cosy accommodation is both comfortable and practical. Looe is a bustling seaside town with many amenities to entertain, but easy road links make the rest of the Cornish peninsula readily accessible, as do the rail links from the local train station (which is a one minute walk!) The cottage also benefits from a nearby allocated parking space.

The double bedroom has double aspect and the snug lounge has a feature fireplace with electric coal effect fire. Front door into hall. 

Kitchen/diner: with modern units, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. 

Dining area: with table and seating for four. Archway through to rear hall, off which is the family bathroom.

Bathroom: with bath (electric shower over) hand basin and WC.

Sitting room: comfortably furnished with sofa and two chairs, electric coal fire, TV, Video and DVD.

Stairs from the hallway lead up to the landing.

Double bedroom: Light and airy with 4'6” double bed, TV .

Twin bedroom: with two 3ft single beds.  

Outside

No outside space.

Allocated parking space in adjacent car park.

Parking: Allocated parking space is provided in a private parking area, 3 minutes flat walk away from the property.

Pets: One well behaved pet welcome. Additional charge of £30.00 per week.
