The Dawn is a really comfortable house with amazing views over Looe. The house had everything we needed for our stay, we instantly felt at home. The design of the house meant it stayed cool during the hour weather we had which was great. The directions and information about the house are all really good and detailed. The house is located quite high up on the valley side of Looe, the only downside of the location is that the walk to the main beach is quite long and the walk back is up quite a step hill. However, everything else about the house makes up for that!

The Dawn is a beautiful holiday home in Looe, with stunning views. It was clean well resourced, and modern. The beds were very cosy! Pros: The view, quietness, spacious rooms, modern decor, everything you need.Cons:Steep hills to/from town, kids bedroom needs curtains-blinds let light in. Perhaps this can be resolved. The owners were very helpful and responsive and even posted back something we’d forgotten upon departure.

We found it a great place to stay with panoramic views out to sea aswell as looe town itself.the accommodationis second to none the only downside is the water pressure , well to be honest lack of .Parking is ok so long as you have a vehicle that fits inside a garage otherwise is a pain of dropping stuff off the Parking about 500 meters away on the curbside .one thing I would definitely say this place is not suitable for the old or people who struggle with steep hills .
