Guests say

Star House in Marazion boasts overwhelmingly positive reviews, with guests praising its cleanliness, prime location with stunning views of St Michael's Mount, and comfortable amenities. The property is well-equipped, and hosts Tamsin and Matt are commended for their helpfulness. While minor maintenance issues are mentioned, the overall sentiment is one of eagerness to return, highlighting the property's charm and convenience.

Guests consistently note the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'spotless' and 'well-maintained'. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to the comfort and appeal of the property.

The location receives universal acclaim for its stunning views of St Michael's Mount and proximity to local amenities. The convenience of nearby transport, shops, and eateries, along with the beachfront setting, makes it an exceptional location.

Comfort is highly rated, with guests finding the property cosy and the beds comfortable. The spaciousness and quietness at night add to the overall comfort. A few comments about dim lighting and lack of hanging space slightly affect the score.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-stocked kitchen and the inclusion of modern conveniences. However, some guests suggest improvements such as the addition of handrails in showers and wardrobe space, which indicates room for enhancement in maintenance.

The thoughtfulness of the hosts is evident, with mentions of welcome treats such as wine and flowers. While these gestures are appreciated, it is noted that such gifts, though delightful, are not guaranteed with every stay.

It is light and airy and has all the furnishings and equipment you could wish for. Its proximity to the beach is a blessing, particularly if you need to walk a dog three or four times a day and its position in the village makes it central for everything else. The views are to die for. Matt and Tamsin are very approachable and available at all times if you have a query.
